Grocery Pickup Service - ($200)

Place a pickup order with Instacart to one of the local grocery stores within our service area, and we’ll pick it up and have everything ready and waiting for you when you walk through the door—no errands, no stress, just relaxation. Mid-Stay Cleaning Service - ($200)

Enjoy that just-checked-in feeling all over again with our Mid-Stay Cleaning Service! Whether you've decided to stay a little longer or just need a refresh, we’ll tidy up so you can keep relaxing in comfort. Cleans can be scheduled when you are out of the house to minimize any disruptions to your stay.

* Value-add service fees are billed in addition to the accommodation charges and will be added to the total cost of your reservation. A 72-hour notice is requested for these services to allow ample time to coordinate scheduling with our contractors. We will attempt to honor any requests made in a shorter time frame, but this will be entirely dependent upon the availability of our contractors.

House Rules


  • Unfortunately, due to allergy issues for other guests, we are unable to allow pets in the property.

  • Parties are not permitted. A party is defined as any gathering that becomes excessively loud to the point it would reasonably disturb our neighbors. Any gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy of 10 persons will also be considered a party.

  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the house. You are free to smoke on the back deck or backyard, but please clean up any butts or other trash.

  • There is no curbside trash pickup in Arrowhead Lake to deter bears. All trash must be disposed of at the community Trash/Recycling Center. All trash must be removed from the property upon checkout. Do not leave trash outside overnight any under circumstances as bears may frequent the area at night.

  • Tobyhanna Township caps the maximum occupancy of the property to 10 persons. This is enforced by the Rental Office of Arrowhead Lake. Reservations of over 10 persons cannot be accommodated and any guests over this limit will be turned away at the security gate. Unregistered guests are subject to removal from the community by the Arrowhead Lake Public Safety Department

  • The driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles. This number is set by the township and cannot be exceeded. Vehicles must be fully within the property lines and cannot protrude out into the street. Additionally, no cars can be parked in any empty lots or left overnight in parking lots designated for community amenities.

  • There is a strict No Open Flames policy inside of the house. This includes the living room fireplace or candles. Evidence of any open flames in the property will result in additional cleaning fees.

    Arrowhead Lake requires all bonfires to be covered. Please use the included cover on our firepit when having a fire. Fully extinguish all flames in the firepit before leaving unattended.

    Please observe any county or HOA imposed burn bans. Check PA DNCR website for active burn bans.

  • The property is inspected before and after each guest. Report any accidental damage immediately so the issue can be resolved promptly. We understand accidents happen, and will work with you towards a fair resolution. However, excessive or malicious damage will result in additional cleaning/repair fees.

  • Do not attempt to enter the basement access in the rear of the property or any of the locked landlord closets.
